Located right on the beach of Marina di Praia in Praiano (Amalfi Coast) and just walking distance from the
centre, this house was built in the early 20th century and is especially suited to young, active holiday makers.
The villa is one of the few located directly on the beach next to the many bars and small restaurants offering
excellent fresh fish-based dishes and Neapolitan pizzas. Villa Michelina also provides clients with a private
parking lot which is very rare in finding throughout the coast. It is a very smart property with pool and an
amazing view on the sea. The exotic garden is well equipped with a barbecue area & a pizza oven as well as all
types of fruit trees.
The interior is are elegant with tiles in a typical Vietri style and contains all the comforts. There are: 2 double
bedrooms, a living room and 3 bathrooms (one bathroom has the access on a terrace) a large and well-
furnished kitchen as well as a smaller one to wash plates. There is also an outdoor kitchen in the garden close
to the pizza oven, ideal to have an open air dinner!
